Tyrant Museveni’s puppet minister Gen. Jeje Odongo was summoned by Parliament to explain why some Ugandans continue to be denied VISAs to other countries, Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa also disclosed that even government officials seeking further medical care abroad have been denied entries to various countries. 

Despot Museveni’s reputation of human rights violations is one of the reasons why the hapless people of the Matooke enclave are being denied access to the United States and European countries. The junta regime ruler’s shenanigans are backfiring on innocent Ugandans.

Last year, the United States imposed VISA restrictions on all Ugandan government officials and individuals who undermined democracy during and after the Jan 14th general elections. Subsequently the European Union followed suit and slapped the inept senile Museveni with similar punitive sanctions for his blood record on ordering systematic killings, torture, arbitrary arrests and forces disappearance inflicted on his own people. 

Museveni himself wouldn’t be traveling out of Uganda if it was not for the immunity enjoyed by a sitting Head of State.

Question remains how many countries are going to deny VISA to poor long-suffering Ugandans? The unruly dictator Museveni’s uncouth behavior has started biting Ugandans.
