As if the horrifying unemployment statistics are not enough, dictator Museveni continues to shrink the already negligible labor market through his use and dump policy.

In addition to dumping public officials into the basket of oblivion, he also tends to follow them in their desperate joblessness to end their miserable lives.

Groaning from under the pile of dumped senior police officers is former Assistant Commissioner of Police Sam Omara, the man who was used to beating (literally) former opposition leaders into submission who says the senile tyrant is out to kill him like he killed fellow police officer Kirumira.

Aging despot Museveni has abruptly fired seven police directors at the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIGP) despite the officers’ outcries to the despot to keep them in service.

While Sam Omara is facing the last phase of the tyrant’s use and dump policy, a bunch of used senior police officers have been added to the huge pile. These include AIGP Asan Kasingye, AIGP Andrew Solowen, AIGP John Ndugutse, AIGP Steven Mugisha, AIGP David Ochom, AIGP Abass Byakagaba, and AIGP Haruna Isabirye, all who served the despot as brutally suppressed democratic dispensation in Uganda.

I am the former NRA Kadogo showing how in the Matooke Republic when the senile dictator appoints you, he will only use and drop you with a thud
