Dictator Museveni is the current topic of discussion in the Ugandans Parliament; his sycophantic lawmakers are now lobbying to allocate the dictator another huge plot to house his armored vehicles, tanks and trucks convoy. This comes after consistent complaints of citizens on how Museveni’s 100-vehicle motorcade paralyze businesses and movements in the capital Kampala.

Having killed thousands, senile Museveni worries most about his security, reasons why he moves with a 100- vehicle motorcade. He continues to terrorize the Matooke Republic with APCs and heavy guns, because he is so scared! 

Whenever despot Museveni moves around with his terrifying convoy, he rekindles Ugandans’ shocking memories during and after the previous general elections where thousands were brutally murdered on streets like cockroaches. But the people will never forget!

This is why inept Museveni still conducts himself as a militia or guerilla chieftain. He knows Ugandans hate him to the bone. Otherwise why move around the country with tens of APC and military battle tanks? ! It is merely to keep terrorizing the general public.
