Senile Museveni has tasked one Dr. Musenero to purchase 200 rats (each costing Ugx 8 million!!) that they allege would be used in finding a covid-19 vaccine. Imagine really, the “rat expenditure” stood at Ugx 1.6 trillion. What kind of country are poor, enslaved Ugandans living in?! 

The huge scam continued when the purported rats arrived in Uganda on Second May, said to be aboard a specially chartered plane. What on earth is going on? 

Senile Museveni has turned the erstwhile Pearl of Africa into a sick joke!

If in fact Covid-19 is at this moment curbed (as he likes to claim), then what are the rats for?  

Just last year, senile Museveni ordered the release of Ugx 400 million for making herbal concoctions that he claimed treated COVID-19. This turned out to be another scam, with millions off taxpayer money disappearing down the hole. 

A year before that, a quark “doctor,” Sarfaraz Khan Niazi working for senile Museveni managed to take millions of dollars out of Uganda, hiding them in Museveni’s offshore accounts. Niazi had posed as “a scientist” who was to manufacture a covid-19 vaccine. He has since disappeared in thin air.  

Despot Museveni will exploit any opportunity to make a fortune, while enslaving long-suffering Ugandans.
