What irks dictator Museveni even more, is the fact that, his immediate neighbor, Rwanda is very well connected to the world. Countries have been and are still coming to Rwanda to learn from her transformative journey. The Rwandan leader has been referred to as Africa’s shining beacon, a representation of the leadership that Africa deserves but the same cant be said about brutal assassin Museveni. In fact, it’s the opposite that is being said about Museveni. 

This doesn’t bode well in the ears of the cruel octogenarian and as a result he deploys his noisy barking toothless dog Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere to smear Rwanda’s successful foreign policy. They still fail.
