Tyrant Museveni’s brutality, unjust policies, and mismanagement of the country’s affairs have created this situation, a hundred percent! It is only a sadist like arm-rotting Museveni that would lock down a country for three months straight. 

But, finally, is mental disorder of senility finally catching up with him? If you watched Museveni during the covid-19 national TV addresses, you will bear witness that senile disorder is in fact now his mental illness. Today, Uganda starts a week-long mental health campaign, but shouldn’t it start with fixing the dictator himself?

The aging despot has gone the extra mile to eliminate scores of enslaved Ugandans across the country (who detested his iron-fist rule), and most are the very people that now are struggling with psychological loneliness. This is very ominous for the Matooke Republic.

Broadly however, now that Uganda looks to mitigate the effects of mental health, senile Museveni ought to be urgently taken to the psychiatrists first! Then long-oppressed Ugandans can be ready to get rid of national mental health issues.
