Ageing tyrant Museveni’s use and dump policy is now the order of business. He is going after his scapegoats after using them in plundering state resources. Wakiso District officials (and many others that have been embezzling) were groomed by the tyrant, to be corrupt, and to enjoy impunity, like him. Yet inept tyrant Museveni now thinks he can fool anyone with his sham “fight against corruption campaign” by arresting them. 

Please, once a liar, always a liar!

Senile Museveni should take full responsibility for creating the most corrupt environment, ever!, such that not even a village chief is clean.

If there was justice, the old tyrant would long be behind bars for looting, corruption and graft, doing a life sentence.

He is the reason Uganda was long ago reduced to a Matooke Republic. 

Despot Museveni’s graft scandals in over 3 decades mean he should never dare utter anything about corruption. Neither does he have a right to arrest anyone. Long enslaved Ugandans, reduced to paupers, know these things better than anyone.

They know that it’s long past time for despot Museveni to be brought to book.
