This is sheer banditry in the Matooke Republic! This is what senile Museveni has done, turning Uganda into a regional security threat! 

The parents of the students had to sell all property to raise the hefty fines. More than 80 other Kenyans still languish in Luzira in inhumane conditions since their relatives cannot raise excessive fines. 

I always tell the world what a regional threat despot Museveni is, and now even Kenyans are seeing for themselves.

Ironically he publicly portrays himself as the “champion of regional integration,” yet he only is the champion of regional sabotage! Greedy Museveni is the only ruler in the region that has had altercations with all the other countries in the region. 

Having collapsed the Matooke Republic, the despot is only bent on taking down the rest of the region with him. 

Museveni is like a malevolent cancer in the Great Lakes Region.

Trade, free movement of persons, and security are collapsing because of only one tyrant.

Previously, Museveni has ordered the blockage of cargo trucks, and traders from transiting through Uganda to other EAC states. 

Now his goons are kidnapping students from other countries and extorting them.
