Going by the position of the Chairperson of the US Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Robert Menendez on Museveni’s brutality, things aren’t good for the tyrant. It will not be enough merely to ban him from appearing in global forums, but it also is likely Museveni will be slapped with severe sanctions similar to those on North Korea. 

Let the movie begin!

The US has for some time been gathering evidence pinning criminal Museveni in the torture, enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and other forms of repression in Uganda, as they announced in March this year. 

What does this mean? The criminal now is on the hook! He thought all the extrajudicial executions of people like Muslim clerics, opposition supporters, Catholic clergy, as well as mass torture and mass illegal imprisonment would have no consequences. But these things are coming back to bite him!

He, and quite a few of his close military officers and civilian minions have tasted the sanctions. These will hit the treacherous assassin sooner rather than later. 

I am wondering how Senile Museveni’s barking dog Obed Katureebe together with his henchmen that run the pseudo “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” Facebook page and Twitter account are going to struggle, trying to defend their boss on this one.
