The suffering people of the Matooke Republic know very well how their murderous Dictator Museveni crowned Gen Elwelu for slaughtering hundreds of people in Kasese massacres and the sycophantic commander bragged about performing the senile tyrant’s job.
In despot Museveni’s usual damage control gambit, the same assassin who went (on Museveni’s behalf) to expressed remorse and lodged a supposed ‘apology’ to parliamentarians and all Ugandans over Museveni’s militia force’s brutality. This followed an outrage that ensued in the middle of Kampala when an armed UPDF goon attacked a traffic police officer on duty for denying a military vehicle passage that had violated traffic rules.
The impunity that Museveni instituted in Uganda is widespread across all sectors. People abuses powers, offices and get off scot-free without accounting for their offences.
It’s important to recall that dictator Museveni and his same houseboy general (sent to clean up his mess) were all sanctioned by the United States and the European Union over gross human rights violations. So, many wonder why and how could someone of that stature and character promise accountability? How will Elwelu or Museveni himself bring fellow villains to justice? It is another lie.
Inept Senile ruler Museveni who has glued himself on power for over 35 years, singlehandedly schooled his regime sycophants about his lawlessness, how to get away with crimes with full exercise of impunity.
Most recent and Unforgettable scenarios, we all recall how the dictator’s heavily armed goons descended the country into another tragedy which claimed thousands of lives during the elections period. Nobody not even senile Museveni himself should utter a word about accountability in Uganda.
The evidence is even overwhelming as articulated in various human rights reports, the serial murderer Museveni promoted rights abuses, brought insecurity and instability in the Matooke Republic. Senile Museveni has built that rotten legacy.
I am only a former NRA Kadogo, shining a light on his dirty deeds.
