Let me help poor, enslaved Ugandans by referring to a recent report of Afro Barometer Sustainable Development Goal (SDG). The scorecard shows that between 2012 and 2017, poverty increased in all parts of Uganda, and the percentage of Ugandans living in poverty increased from 60 percent in 2017 to now 67 percent. Yet the numbers keep shooting up, despite criminal Museveni’s much touted “developments.”

Maybe he means “development” through beggaring the entire population, sad!

Despot Museveni has this song that he is achieving “Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).” That is a song for children, because instead of “eradicating poverty”, in three and a half decades he has turned Uganda into a pauper state.

Of course for his part, he lives a luxurious life with his select Bahima, while millions of hapless Ugandans have to survive on one meal per day. Unemployment and hunger are the only things millions of hapless, helpless citizens of the Matooke Republic know.
