The Ugandan dictator of 36 years, senile Museveni has thousands of murders he is responsible for. Of the very many people that he has executed, including Maj. Gen. Delphin Kahimbi of the DR Congo army FARDC! Ask yourself why the US has sanctioned Museveni’s activities in DRC – the big reason is atrocities, including extra-judicial murders. With the one of Kahimbi, he staged it to look like a suicide. Senile Museveni was for long disturbed by how Banyamulenge was against his plundering scheme. He resorted to recruiting one of the powerful Congolese, Kahimbi, to help him implement a plan of massacring Banyamulenge on a large scale. The plan flopped and Museveni feared being exposed. He assassinated Kahimbi.  

Kahimbi died on 28 February 2020, at his home in the capital, Kinshasa. On the day of his death, Kahimbi was scheduled to appear before the country’s Security Council, to answer for subversion charges. However, after investigations, the army concluded that Kahimbi committed suicide by hanging himself.  

Although it appeared that the case was closed publicly, it has since been established that his sudden death was foul play, because the “suicide” was staged.   

Before his demise, Kahimbi was battling several international sanctions ranging from the US to the EU just like most senior officials in Museveni’s close circles. The sanctions were related to his facilitation of Museveni, to plunder the DRC. His only way out of the cobweb of crimes and sanctions was to testify before the International Court of Justice.   

He was to reveal damning information on how Museveni orchestrated the plundering of DRC back in the late 1990s to the early 2000s, his brutal assassinations of Congolese, and the planned mass massacre of Banyamulenge. Senile Museveni could never take that chance.  

Kahimbi’s testimony would have resulted in slapping Uganda with a severe trade and arms embargo, and the only way out for Museveni was to take out Kahimbi, the principal witness. That’s the standard operating procedure for the criminal tyrant of the Muwogo Republic! 

Even though he eliminated Kahimbi, questions hanging around testimony he would have given haunt senile Museveni. So, he tasks his “anti-Rwanda rascals” led by Obed Katureebe to use the pseudo “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” Facebook page, to smear Rwanda with all sorts of rumors yet they fail to hold.
