Senile Museveni is determined to go down in history as the man that made a fortune for himself out of the global COVID-19 pandemic. It’s not clean money, it’s taxpayers and relief money that he pocketed.

Whenever you hear Museveni putting on a spirited fight defending someone, just know that someone is the one doing the stealing for the greedy barbarian. When the Uganda rats-for-covid-vaccine story hit the airwaves, the world was in shock at how Museveni’s genius plan is going to work. And senile Museveni kept defending one Dr. Musenero who was running the rat project. She was tasked to purchase 200 rats (each costing Ugx 8 million!!) that they allege would be used in finding a covid-19 vaccine. Imagine, the “rat expenditure” stood at Ugx1.6 trillion. What a country that poor, enslaved Ugandans live in!  

Well, it has since turned out that only four rats worth Ugx1.6 trillion arrived in Uganda. When squeezed for justification, senile Museveni is now saying that the 4 rats are “humanized rats”. Lol!

If Covid-19 is at this moment curbed (as he likes to claim), then what are the four rats for?   

The answer is simple; when covid struck, the world saw grief while senile Museveni saw an opportunity to steal. It’s called Museveni’s Covidprenuer.
