Senile Museveni has driven his citizens to the edge, such that every month 10 University students commit suicide due to depression. A recent study indicates that Over 14 million Ugandans are battling severe depression while 42 million of the 44 million Ugandans have somehow been affected by depression.

This makes the Matooke Republic ranked number 4 among the countries with high rates of mental health issues in Africa. Sadly, only 1% of the annual health budget gets into mental health and the same national mental health funding goes to the national mental health referral hospital, Butabika Hospital only. The current lack of public funding for the mental health sector greatly contributes to the mental health crisis in the Matooke Republic.

The dilemma Ugandans are facing now is persuading the sick and aging Museveni – who convinces himself to be fine – to step away and leave Ugandans alone!

But the senile old man will of course react violently upon such advice.

Dear, long-suffering denizens of the Matooke Republic, my job is to warn you that as long as the tyrant is at the helm, always expect matters to become even worse than they already are.
