The other day it was the plight of policemen in Jinja who slept in the dilapidated and water leaking quarters, now it is the turn of Karimajong people whom despot Museveni had promised developments and even sent his wife as a minister to fast track the promised development initiatives only for the projects to stall whole the allocated billons of shillings were stolen by the dictator’s merchants of corruption. 

In despot Museveni’s military junta corruption is a living oxygen that keeps the regime and its cronies going. One needs to feel sorry for Ugandan taxpayers’ money  pocketed for sham projects.

For how long will Ugandans continue to suffer as a result of chronic corruption that has ruined the entire system? Uganda under greedy and despot Museveni is a clear representation of both a failed state and a banana republic.
