Phiona Rukundo had dreams of completing her education, starting a business, prospering and helping the needy. However, her dreams were cut short on the day criminal Museveni’s rascals knocked her, leaving her for dead.  

It gets worse. Senile Museveni’s statehouse admitted responsibility, but still refused to pay for her operation which cost only Ugx 4 million. This resulted in the loss of her arm after prolonged periods of gangrene setting in. Phiona now is disabled for life, while those who brutalized her enjoy their freedom with impunity.

Her case is not an isolated one because many Ugandans have succumbed to criminal Museveni’s brutality and impunity. 

It is only in Uganda where you will see citizens being killed or left with disabilities by the man who is mandated to protect them.  It is a bitter pill to swallow but senile Museveni is cancer to the Matooke republic. 

Long-suffering people of the Matooke Republic, Museveni is the enemy of your progress, and every day you suffer in misery is because of him.
