Looting state resources is what criminal depot Museveni does, and the latest scandal is the Mbale road construction project that saw the dictator, through his cronies, embezzle over Ugx 1.7 Trillion!! The road, which was only recently commissioned by the master thief himself, has already developed potholes – meaning another huge loss for long-suffering Ugandans.

Despot Museveni has for 36 years, with utmost impunity, emptied state coffers. He is a master of embezzling taxpayers money – completely sinking citizens of the Matooke Republic into poverty – and that is his sadistic pleasure!

Moreover the same shoddily built infrastructure have caused deaths to thousands of innocent people dying from gruesome road carnage, not mentioning the thousands that have died because of ramshackle or dilapidated medical facilities (all because of the huge amounts of funds embezzled which would otherwise develop the country). 

Will the arm-rotting dictator ever stop? Fat chance!
