“Marara” a fugitive criminal together with “Gakwerere” are arguing that criminals who flee Rwanda to Uganda are easily arrested. What these RNC stooges forget is that many criminals have been deported from different countries not necessarily Uganda.

The case of Lieutenant Joel Mutabazi being deported to Rwanda or the awaited deportation of Sergeant- Sgt Robert Kabera is a clear example that two countries are working together to fork out criminal weevils destabilizing Rwanda and the region at large.

Criminal despot Museveni might give daily protections to stooges and lapdogs like Gakwerere and his cronies, but it is a matter of time until the whole cabal is put behind bars before being deported to Rwanda to face justice over their terrorism-related felonies.
