Blood-thirsty tyrant Museveni ordered his goons to abduct, torture and place under house arrest the long-suffering four-time presidential candidate and opposition figure Col (Rtd) Kizza Besigye. The brave politician sent Museveni into panic when he decided to walk to the Central Business District to protest the hiking inflation and commodity prices. But senile Museveni resorted to torturing him, again!

Tyrant Museveni is a selfish coward!

He can’t let those willing to freely address matters that affect citizens, even when he clearly failed to address them, which is supposedly his job.

Of course criminal Museveni is much aware of what it means for Besigye to walk out on the Kampala streets – Besigye is far more popular!

Having violently stole every elections in Uganda, inept tyrant Museveni can never allow Besigye any peace, because the latter cleanly defeated him in the past. So, Kagutema plays dirty!
