He has publically exhibited favoritism towards Dr. Musenero and protect her from prosecution over corruption and embezzlement cases, and he also threatens everyone against her. This is the most tell tale sign that senile Museveni is behind all the thievery, and Musenero is merely the agent whom despot Museveni has used to loot Covid19 Fund money.

The latest thievery scandal saw the greedy tyrant swindle billions of taxpayers funds under the pretext of “purchasing 200 lab rats” for the production Covid19 vaccines. A scuffle ensued at Parliament when enraged legislators asked Musenero to be relived of her duties for embezzlement.

Of course Musenero was exonerated, because the dictator has her back. She boldly told the MPs off, that no one could stop her except despot Museveni.
