Criminal Museveni is struggling with where to hide all the billions that he has looted from long-suffering, and traumatized Ugandans. His access to offshore bank accounts is limited, yet he can’t give up on his continued national robbery either. His plots to squeeze Uganda to the last drop are never ending however!

Among such robbery projects is the one signed with one Enrica Pinetti – to allow her company, Uganda Vinci Coffee Company Limited (UVCC), to establish a coffee processing plant allegedly worth US$ 80 million, and then have a full monopoly on all coffee processes in Uganda. The highly crooked plot was to facilitate Museveni to own all the coffee proceeds while using Pinetti to hide in offshore accounts all Museveni’s money! What a dastardly plot!

The crooked deal raised such an uproar that despot Museveni changed his chameleon colors! He pretended innocence! He then summoned all his party’s members of parliament, to instruct them to front the deal in a bid to get parliamentary approval. They lied to him that they would but surprisingly, the entire parliament said no! Even they were frightened of the magnitude of the theft!

What will next happen? What crooked ways is senile Museveni cooking now, to get this thieving plan through?
