The ruler of the Matooke Republic has used so many treacherous strategies to keep his feet in the DRC, not because he loves Congolese, but because he knows how much a lucrative side business it is for his enrichment. As of today, he has a couple of troops in the Eastern DRC fighting a ghost enemy, an excuse he uses to rob the DRC of its minerals and timber.

Currently, Museveni has a pending debt of US$ 325 million in compensation and reparations for crimes he committed when his army invaded DRC 25 years ago. Sadly, he dares to push some of his barking dogs like “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” to try to drag Rwanda into his messes resulting from his insatiable greed for the resources of Congo.

With criminal Museveni still at the helm of power in his Matooke Republic, the entire region will always be at war and in perpetual conflicts because that is what he does most. He is a master of deceit and conflict.
