Senile Museveni’s anti-Rwanda minions led by Obed Katureebe with his lieutenants, Edgar Muvunyi Tabaro, Sulah Nuwamanya and Prossy Bonabaana have this awkward assumption that they are off the hook and can now insult any Rwandan official, as they want. Well, I have bad news for them. Their casefile matured and it’s just a matter of time before the long arm of the law places them on the judicial guillotine.

Having attempted to manipulate Congolese and radicalize them and fail to blame their mistakes on Rwanda, the Ugandan octogenarian senile Museveni is now attempting to re-activate his failed RNC propaganda desk that only specialize in insults and blackmail.

This clearly shows how Senile Museveni is applying all possible and nasty means to unleash his terror on Rwanda. He has failed on several occasions and he will fail again.
