From the time US sanctioned some of Ugandan senior army officers, frozen most of their assets; from the time it called despot Museveni for a corruption trial with a Chinese Mafioso Patrick Ho, under a crime reference of “Exhibit 1510” and “Exhibit 1514” together with his former foreign minister Sam Kutesa; from the time the International Court of Justice ruled that Uganda should pay DRC $325million in compensation for crimes committed on its soil, it is evident and US has made it clear that it cannot deal with a rogue regime under criminal despot Museveni.

With such a bad reputation, inept despot and resentful Museveni cannot sleep at peace he has to order his dimwitted protégés like “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” to dig every rubbish that is there and mudsling Rwanda and its leaders. Laughable!! Rwanda cannot be on the same level with Uganda when it comes to good leadership and diplomatic relations with the US or any other country. More so this is evidenced by the recent visit of the Commander of U.S. Africa Command- General Stephen Townsend during which he met President Kagame and the RDF top brass.

Criminal despot Museveni and his RNC minions might hate as much as they wish, they can quack and cluck as much as they want, it won’t stop Rwanda from being on the right path of things. “Gakwerere” and his dimwits get ridiculous day by day and continue to behave like dogs baying at the moon.
