Someone needs to remind RNC minions operating under the auspices of criminal despot Museveni that diplomatic relationships between different countries are not premised on the bar or “malwa” talks.

In his previous post, criminal dictator Museveni’s protégé Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” wondered why DRC has not expelled the Rwandan ambassador to DRC, Honorable Vincent Karega.

The lunatic troll went as far as accusing and projecting a daily basis, ranting about the same issues, he is as lazy, a coward, and inept as his kingpin criminal despot Museveni. They talk much and act less. They are no different from confused Congolese who always project their misery to neighboring countries, even when they know deep in their hearts that they have completely abandoned their core responsibilities.

Back to my earlier statement, one needs to punch sense into these RNC minions that diplomacy is not based on Malwa talks like criminal despot Museveni would have wished.
