Instead of spewing childish propaganda against Rwanda, “Gakwerere” should advise his paymaster despot Museveni to get his soldiers off DRC’s territories before another case is filed at International Court of Justice! This time, the court would consider recidivism penalties.

A reminder, once again that Like many rebel groups operating in DRC, M23 is a guerrilla organization that is militarily, politically, and logistically supported by warmongers and criminal despot Museveni – yet Museveni’s propaganda trolls project it on Rwanda.

It is senile Museveni that, back in 2012, accommodated M23 fighters in Mgahinga reserves, led by Colonel Sultan Makenga who is the current leader of the movement. At the time, Museveni ordered his security forces to accommodate (and train) the M23 fighters in the Bihanga military camp in western Uganda. The militiamen were later facilitated to get back into DRC forests where they established bases in Tshanzu before fighting and seizing Bunagana area which borders Uganda.

It takes special idiocy for a troll like “Gakwerere” (despot Museveni’s parrot), to think that his sickening propaganda will make Congolese like his bloody paymaster Museveni. Just the other day, they were in streets torching Ugandan flags and banners of criminal despot Museveni.

Only senile Museveni is the destabilizer of DRC, and the Great Lakes overall.
