It is a fact that the rebel groups operating in DRC are all linked to Kampala, and are proudly sponsored by senile Museveni. His tactic of causing trouble, and then pretending to be the problem solver is well known and it is a staled card.

From the day he created ADF as a pretext to set foot in Congo to gain, loot, and kill, to the time he repatriated the M23 rebel group from Bihanga camps in Mgahinga reserves where they had were trained, militarily and logistically supported, criminal despot Museveni is all naked.

Criminal despot Museveni is fond of propping up, or creating all sorts of illegal armed groups all over the region, interfering in other countries’ internal politics, causing havoc, then sending his paid fools like Obed Katureebe to conceal his crimes through amplification of deceitful propaganda. That is also an old-fashioned technique.

Instead of spewing lousy propaganda that Rwanda supports M23, “Gakwerere” should advise his paymaster despot Museveni to pay his pending debt of $250million in reparations and get his soldiers off DRC’s territories before another case is filed at the International Court of Justice! This time, the court would consider recidivism penalties.
