Senile, arm-rotting dictator and regional warmonger Museveni is apparently furious that he did not take part in the concluded Luanda meeting that was convened to address the issues of insecurity in DR Congo.

The bloodthirsty dictator of Matooke Republic wished he was present at the Luanda summit, to confuse attendants that he supports peace in the region!, whe he actually is the villain behind chaos happening in DRC.

Despot Museveni’s anger is visibly through his vitriolic propagandists like Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere whose constant posts on social media falsely accuse Rwandan leaders of backing the M23 rebel group.

In reality, it is criminal despot Museveni that back in 2012 accommodated M23 (in Mgahinga reserves), trained (in Bihanga camps), supported and deployed them back to DRC specifically in Tshanzu bases which they have now expanded to control areas of Bunagana and Rutshuru.

To set the record straight once again, President Kagame attended Luanda meeting at the invitation of President Joao Lourenco (head of ICGLR) and at the request of President Macky Sall (African Union Chairman). M23 was not part of substantial agenda since it is categorically DRC’s internal problem and no agreement was signed like Gakwerere states.

If despot Museveni was to be invited in Luanda summit, it would be to warn him sternly of his malicious behaviors putting the whole region into flames of conflicts and rampant insecurities. It is gullibility of the highest caliber to think that despot Museveni has ever thought to see this region at peace. He is a despot criminal who should be at ICC.
