“Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere”, aka a Facebook account of Museveni-paid trolls with an insane obsession against the Rwandan leadership, needs to grasp the fact that in Rwanda public servants are promoted on basis of merit. That means they get ahead on merit, integrity, and competence. But what would senile Museveni’s propaganda goons know about these things? After all, their arm-rotting paymaster does things very differently.

In Museveni’s Matooke Republic, serving military men and women are chosen, deployed, promoted on grounds of tribalism, nepotism, favoritism and brutality or ruthlessness in service of the regime. Whatever the lying trolls talk about the Rwandan leadership, always know this: it is a mirror on what senile Museveni actually does.

Criminal despot Museveni has turned Uganda not only into a laughing stock but a failed state and a personal property where he promotes or demotes according to his moods.
