RNC propagandists using the Uganda Media Center, have been pounding lies that Rwanda “arms and supports the M23 rebel group,” yet the actual evidence has always shown it is their arm-rotting dictator that’s the real culprit. Preposterously pushing the fiction that Kabarebe is now “the overall commander shows that Museveni’s propaganda goons have hit the rock.

The fact remains that it is tyrant Museveni who accommodated the M23 back in 2013 in Mgahinga reserves and militarily trained them in Bihanga camps before redeploying them back to DRC in Tshanzu where they established bases. For the past few months, they have expanded their territory from Tshanzu to Bunagana, Rutshuru, and Rumangabo.
