On 21st of July 2019, the killing squad, acting on orders of bloody tyrant Museveni, abducted Michael Kalinda when he was heading to the recording studios in Kamwokya on his motorbike. A week later he was found at Mulago Hospital with his left eye gouged out, fingers cut, the young political activist died a slow painful death.

Michael Kalinda a.k.a Ziggy Wine was a renowned blogger, upcoming musician, and an aspiring socialite who was attached to ‘firebase crew’ under the music label owned by the then Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine. Three years later we honor his true sacrifice to the quest of liberating Uganda from criminal despot Museveni’s bloody tyranny.

Typical of bloody thirsty dictator’s killing techniques, the abducted Ziggy Wine was taken to an unknown place, went through harsh interrogation, tortured and later dumped, he was clearly unconscious with burns on his entire body, believed to be inflicted using a flat iron.

Rubaga North People Power coordinator James Mubiru later stated that the victim’s cause of death was related to his activism in support of Bobi Wine, specifically his social media posts that were gaining a lot of attention.

Rest in Peace gallant son of Uganda. Bloody criminal despot Museveni will soon be held to account for his appalling crimes.
