Partisanship, nepotism, sexual corruption, and blood-shedding records define appointments and transfers in criminal despot Museveni’s UPDF.

For those that have closely followed the latest transfers and appointments in UPDF, it is easy to see outright imbalances. There is no gender balance or regional balance. The discrimination was purely flat as most of the appointments in strategic areas were specifically designated to Bahima senior officers.

Don’t get it twisted. No appointments or transfers were made on basis of merit, discipline, or excellence in professional conduct. It is all about the interests of criminal despot Museveni and his entire family. Nothing to do with the mandate of UPDF or its core vision.

Article 208 of the Matooke Republic’s constitution, the prime law that tyrant Museveni abused repetitively, states that the Uganda People’s Defense Forces shall be non-partisan, national in character, patriot, professional, productive, and subordinate to the civilian authority. But typical of the inept ruler, none of the stated characters represent the UPDF. It is a slave organ of its corrupt in Chief criminal despot Museveni.

It is only in Uganda aka Cassava Republic where serving officers are promoted to higher ranks on the basis of tribe (especially the Hima tribe), nepotism, favoritism, corruption, bedroom affairs (mostly for women) or carrying the bloody dirty laundry of senile chief assassin Museveni.
