Tumwine, like the many loyal NRA/M cadres spared no stone to serve their master blood thirsty Museveni, even if it involved taking the lives of fellow Ugandans just to satiate the tyrant’s thirst for blood, and ego boost. But today the tyrant is busy crying more than the bereaved, crocodile tears that fool no one.

Tumwine is just another Boy Scout “general” to dispose of after they outlived their usefulness. Aronda, Mayombo, Kazini, a whole string of others succumbed to death in mysterious ways (some in planes, some in hospital, etc).

Despot Museveni’s poison squad, commonly known as the Nakasongola boys, has always been active on “elimination” missions. So, one can be sure senile, diaper wearing Museveni has struck again.

Gen. Tumwine joins a long list of many used, dumped, and killed agents of bloodthirsty Museveni. In addition to the likes of Gen. James Kazini, Gen. Aronda Nyakairima, Gen. Noble Mayombo, add on Gen. Benon Biraro, Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga, and other numerous bush war fighters – all “silenced” because evil tyrant Museveni decided their time was over.
