Either Congolese have a memory that is as small as a fish’s or they are deliberately stupid. Recently they were on streets cursing criminal despot Museveni’s forced incursion on their soil and are now banking on him to build road in DRC which he failed to build at home.

Dear neighbors in the west, just so you come back to your senses, remember the senile dictator of Uganda is at the helm of many of your troubles today and he likes it because he thrives through chaos. Continue to give him a leeway and he will milk you to the core like Ugandans.

You can’t just dine with the devil who is looting your resources at an industrial scale. Before you know it, he would make you his slaves like he did to innocent Ugandans. By the way how far has he gone in paying USD325million in reparations of crimes he committed on your soil?
