Diaper-wearing dictator and steroid injected carcass Museveni is not only physically unable to reason on his own feet but also is mentally unfit to conduct state affairs. You remember the last time he appeared on TV to adress issues of high cost of living, only to end up plunging into madness about “electric engineering” and his usual nonsensical bush-war lectures?

Today, Ugandans pay flesh and blood to keep the bloodthirsty dictator both alive and in State House. Medical reports indicate that the disease ridden despot spends at least Ugx 200 million a day just to stay alive. Both at the expense of Ugandan taxpayers’ money. Very many doctors take turns at his house doing diagnostics to check on the status of three types of cancers namely arcinoma, Leukemia and prostate cancer.

The egomaniac dictator of the Matooke Republic cares less about how much money will be spent on his carcass of a body. Evil tyrant believes he is Uganda, and Ugandans are his slaves that have to serve him until he breathes his last. Obviously keeping him alive comes at the expense of so many development projects in various sectors that have to be underfunded or not even funded at all.

If it wasn’t for piling health bills that have to be footed to keep the cancer-stricken dictator alive, thousands of Karamoja innocent people wouldn’t be dying of hunger. The arm-rotting dictator doesn’t even want to know about Karimajong people! They will continue to die like grasshoppers! To him they are not human beings.

Today, many hospitals across Ugandans are in dilapidated state with many lacking basic tools like laboratory kits that include syringes, test tubes, sanitary gloves, lab coats, disinfectants etc. Many of maternity wards have leaking roofs that expectant mothers prefer to give birth at home than to go to the so-called hospitals.

Corruption in Uganda reigns over its people than the oxygen they breath. The last Coffee scandal where the despot wanted to privatize the entire coffee sector, not forgetting the appointment of an inept, unfit, unqualified, incompetent Uganda Airlines CEO Jennifer Bamuturaki are all undeniable facts showing that corruption in Uganda is crowned and will never stop, not when the Corrupt in Chief despot Museveni is still alive.

Museveni’s thirst for the blood of innocent Ugandans is as rampant as his mismanagement, tyranny and pathetic governance in his country. The last man to fill the cup of blood for the dictator to get drunk is none other than General Elly Tumwine. Tumwine ( a longtime comrade and fellow FRONASA, NRA rebel) served despot Museveni unreservedly and he ended up sending him to the grave with lies that he died of lung cancer. Really? We all know symptoms of lung cancer, and when did Tumwine ever smoke a cigarette? For those in the know, that’s how the murderous tyrant rewards his Boy Scout “generals”, by discarding them with poisons then lying about other diseases.

Dear Ugandans, however myopic, eternally persecuted you might be, criminal despot Museveni is your burden and no one will discharge him from you apart from yourself. Time to act is now not tomorrow.
