On the 25th of this month, senile dictator Museveni, the deceitful leader of Uganda, tweeted that General Tumwine died of lung cancer. The tweet sent members of the public into a frenzy of exchanges with many asking why would the despot lie so blatantly and recklessly.

No sane mind would believe that General Tumwine died of lung cancer. From all known symptoms of lung cancer, none has ever been shown by the deceased and no medical records indicate that he has ever been diagnosed with lung cancer or any other cancer for that matter.

It’s a well-known fact criminal tyrant Museveni is a pathological liar that only utters the truth by accident. Inept despot Museveni is a lie himself. His entire life and leadership are full of lies. Remove lies in the life of Museveni and you will remain with an empty carcass.

The despot could not have found a better way of rewarding Tumwine after the latter advised him to think of retiring peacefully and leaving a legacy of good leadership. Tumwine is clearly on record telling Museveni to prepare a succession plan. That was equal to signing his own death warrant! Diaper wearing Museveni hates anybody that tells him to relinquish power, to the core.

Like we said before, General Elly Tumwine joined the long list of generals who did not like the idea of the Rwakitura mafia boss ruling until his death. So, the blood-thirsty dictator sorted him, with his Nakasongora boys! That is how he killed Gen. James Kazini, General Aronda Nyakairima, General Noble Mayombo, General Benon Biraro, General Kasirye Ggwanga, AIGP Felix Kaweesin, and many others.
