Currently, questioning human rights abuses, corruption and economic mismanagement or any criticism of Uganda’s criminal ruler is de-facto illegal. Punishment will be meted out in illegal and arbitrary arrest, enforced disappearance, torture, detention in dungeons, and very often quick elimination. Senile Museveni is like “Papa Doc” Duvalier, sowing terror throughout the oppressed Matooke Republic. Terror is his main mode of rule.

The first option of senile Museveni the moment he is challenged is to silence critics by means such as abductions in night drones, which are more or less death vehicles. But senile Museveni should know one thing: a time comes even for the biggest criminals to be made to answer for what they did.

That time will come even for him.
