The failed intelligence organs in Uganda use character assassination as a ridiculous approach to target those that they deem threats to despot Museveni’s life rule.

Criminal despot Museveni’s estranged wife, the epileptic Janet Mwesigwa Makumbi Kataha alias Elephantiasis issues instructions to persecute young Ugandan women. Hundreds of female rights, political activists have been targeted, killed and forced them to disappear. Gakwerere should talk about his sponsor’s atrocities not Rwandan women.

Let it be known that no amount of slandering Rwandan leaders by criminal despot Museveni’s barking dogs will ever make Uganda a better country. Under senile arm-rotting Museveni Uganda will remain a failed state.
