Grown as an insecure loner, as Mzee Boniface Byanyima used to describe him, the arm-rotting dictator has been thriving on chaos and became a cancer to both Uganda and the region. Because of him, people have borne the blunt of his 36 years of terror, impunity and thuggery.

The brutal senile dictator of Matooke Republic has to be put to order regardless of what it takes. His human rights crimes in the Great Lakes Region, reckless leadership, massive looting and plundering, economic mismanagement of both Uganda and DR Congo shouldn’t be ignored nor accepted.
