Since the outbreak of Ebola, the senile despot ruler of Matooke Republic has never expressed any remorse or send condolences to families whose children succumbed to the deadly Virus. That can only remind us when he was praying hard for Covid-19 to kill as many Ugandans in the tribe of Baganda whom he deems threats to his misrule.

What is happening in Uganda, with Ebola, is nothing short of leadership failure where institutions are broken and dysfunctional due to rampant corruption.
