Dimwit “Gakwerere” cannot alter the fact that his sponsor and protector dictator Museveni’s regime owes the DRC government over US$ 325 million in compensation for crimes committed against innocent Congolese and looted minerals as ruled by the African Court of Justice.

The DRC and the entire region Great Lakes region will never taste peace as long as criminal warmonger Museveni still rules Uganda. He’s is a nuisance in the region.

Despot Museveni is and will remain the same: a warmonger, a master of lies and politics of deceit, a bloody vampire dictator, and a regional destabilizer.
