Lumpen Gakwerere rants against Rwanda’s career diplomats like Vincent Karega will neither give criminal despot Museveni a clean sheet on diplomacy nor will they make countries like the United States, United Kingdom and Germany lift accumulated sanctions raised against Uganda on basis of gross and pathetic diplomatic blunders.

Truth be told, Ambassador Karega is a celebrated shrewd career diplomat whose distinguished services in diplomacy and effective handling of foreign assignments have highlighted Rwanda as a respectable state that uphold its virtues, values and standards. That is why insane obsessed anti-Rwanda goons like Gakwerere yelp about him incessantly.

Definitely, criminal despot Museveni’s lapdog ‘Gakwerere’ hates Karega to the core because with Museveni, diplomacy is nothing short of scandals and international blunders, which earned senile dictator Museveni and his lieutenants a number of sanctions and strips of diplomatic immunities.

History will never forget diplomatic scandals committed under the watchful sanction of criminal despot Museveni like last year when Somalia expelled Simon Mulongo for engaging in barbaric activities that contravenes his mandate. The crooked fellow went as far as hacking into the USA Ambassador’s phone calls.

Diplomacy aside, criminal despot Museveni’s incompetency, greed, narcissistic ego, high-end corruption, warmongering behavior, blood shedding will never allow Uganda or the entire region be at peace. The whole East African region would be better without the instigator tyrant Museveni.
