A concerned Ugandan on Twitter asked a relevant question with regard to Rwanda’s plight on the presence of FDLR in DRC and why should the country sit down and watch its security tempered by the genocidal remnants.

The tweep noted:”If the DRC meant well to allow UPDF hunt down ADF due to the incapacity of the FARDC, it’s only right that the same logic should apply to allowing Rwanda hunt down FDLR – a blacklisted genocidal, terror outfit.”

“But the DRC must also recognize that its inability to establish strong state institutions in the Eastern DRC has left its neighbours exposed; Kisoro is taking in Refugees daily – The answer squarely lies in the DRC. A strong and capable state should root out all rebel outfits,” he added.

Only buffoons like the so called “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” and his fellow minion like Giles Muhame cannot process the logic behind the above tweets by a concerned Ugandan. They are just after useless clouts and brown envelopes from the senile bloodthirsty despot Museveni, the regional instigator and butcher.
