A number of reports have so far raised red flag on thousands of Internally Displaced Persons-IDPs in DRC due to continuous fighting between M23 and FARDC allied with genocidal terror group FDLR. A similar number is crossing to neighboring countries seeking refuge over the same issue.

While DRC citizens need peace at all cost, criminal despot Museveni is only concerned with his bloody profits. He is probably planning how he will host a huge number of refugees, whom he uses to fleece the International Organizations to ostensibly settle them in his outlawed regime. That is corrupt Museveni tyrant for you, always fighting hard to sow chaos, and serve his greed.

A reminder that last year the UN Court of Justice revised a ruling in which it had fined Uganda with $1billion in reparations of crimes committed by criminal despot Museveni’s army from the 1990s recurring invasions. The ruling was revised, and set $325 millions worth reparations to be paid to the Congolese people victimized by despot Museveni’s regime. The frail dictator is yet to adhere to the court ruling.

Like we have always argued DRC and the entire region will never have peace if criminal despot Museveni is still the ruler of Uganda.

Senile bloodthirsty Museveni is the worst instigator of regional instability.
