Such a statement is a constitutional violation that calls for nothing else other than straight impeachment. 

Indeed bloodthirsty Museveni has proven he works for no one other his family, in close to four decades of utter dictatorship. He has only plundered Uganda and made its citizens his slaves who work to earn peanuts and survive on leftovers, he has killed the country!

It is only in Uganda, where senile ruler has turned public institutions into mere buildings, and occupants are masqueraders who do nothing but execute “orders from above.” Meaning senile Museveni thieving orders! 

From financial institutions which spare lion share of the national budget to criminal Museveni, Agriculture and livestock bodies that manage and safeguard his businesses to security and Justice institutions that serve his core interests , everyone knows in Uganda, nothing works on its own except when they are serving the monster ego in Chief-Corrupt Museveni. 

Dear Ugandan victim of senile tyrant Museveni, as you suffer, take heart that he is not immortal, and a day will come when he will be no more. To many of you justice will be served, hang on a bit as time works its ways.
