One has to read the recent Facebook post of Obed Katureebe alias Gakwerere to see how conflict of interests and the battle to keep brown envelopes from senile despot Museveni is fierce amongst his stooges.

Dull-witted Gakwerere who thinks he has a monopoly of the lion share on criminal despot Museveni’s payroll is now in panic seeing a new breed of Ugandans getting organized to handle Uganda’s public relations and communications affairs.

The fool Gakwerere was reacting to appointments of Lawrence Muganga and Frank Gashumba on General Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s team of communications whom he called traitors working for Rwanda.

Truth of the matter is, Muganga and Gashumba who call themselves members of Abavandimwe, are part of another controversial group working closely with criminal despot Museveni and have all been hostile to Rwanda. However, they denounced working with RNC and its supporters in Uganda like lumpen Gakwerere.

Driven by greed and need to remain relevant, both Abavandimwe and RNC terrorists are all starving rabid dogs fighting for leftover peanuts. What is even more laughable is how Gakwerere wants to pin Abavandimwe on Rwanda so they can be stripped off rights to earn money from criminal despot Museveni.

As for whether criminal despot Museveni returns on ballot paper in 2026 or not, it is none of Rwanda’s business, reality is that he is not fit to run Uganda for he is a bloodthirsty criminal who should be behind bars, just like his barking dogs Gakwerere.
