Anti-Rwanda troll Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere,” is a buffoon people have forgotten that criminal despot Museveni is yet to disburse USD 325 million, fined in reparations of heinous crimes he committed in Congo (in a ruling by the International Court of Justice).

No amount of hostile propaganda against Rwanda can alter the fact that Gakwerere’s paymaster, senile Museveni alias chief warmonger, has the financial obligation to execute the ICJ ruling, before he’s slapped with extra penalties.

Also, no matter how much Gakwerere tries to pin the M23 movement on Rwanda, nothing will change the fact that back in 2012, those fighters took refuge in Uganda (after fleeing DRC) and were strategically accommodated in Mgahinga Ugandan military camp, trained in Bihanga, and were later redeployed in DRC in Tshanzu. It is in Tshanzu where they reorganized and launched offensive attacks that have now led to capturing of strategic territories like areas like Bunagana, Rutshuru, Kiwanja, Kibumba, etc. all that on the orders of senile Museveni.

It will not shock anyone if criminal despot Museveni is again slapped with more charges on his continuous destabilization of Congo, which include plunder, theft, rape, and mass murder.
