The incompetent regime head of DRC has apparently changed key members of his personal security detail over fear of compromise and high risk exposure. A certain Jacques Tshibanga who hails from Tshisekedi’s home village will, going forward, be the in charge of internal security at the State House.

Reshuffling of big shots in closest security circles of Tshisekedi is the move of a frightened man, but Congolese should know that criminal despot Museveni is a master of deceit and his death squad are highly trained in bloody covert operations. And the despot has his tentacles well into inner Kinshasa circles.

Cowardly Tshisekedi will need to step up precautions especially in the field of intelligence of those that guard him, otherwise senile Museveni will show him.

Criminal despot Museveni is such a bloodthirsty killer with a myriad ways and means of eliminating his targets, from his days of “kandooya” executions, up to now.

The intent to eliminate Tshisekedi like we have always said, is to wreck more chaos in DRC and allow the senile serial killer to continue looting resources there. This region will never have peace until that criminal despot is no more.
