Gakwerere, the ever-barking dog of despot Museveni, is one of the minions that have always been wondering what Rwanda’s Head of State does or exchanges with world leaders every time he travels or hosts big events in Kigali.

Truth is, if one sits in a failed state like Uganda with an inept senile tyrant like Museveni whose diplomatic relations are next to zero, they cannot understand how serious countries develop. They will always bay to the moon like rabid dogs.

For the past few months regional leaders have been working hard to achieve lasting peace in the region but criminal despot Museveni was at home busy plotting how to undermine those efforts and make things worse.

A lumpen like Gakwerere whose sponsor stays at home while other leaders are traveling around the world looking at what can put their nations on good developmental paths, has nothing to say or at the very least questions those with visionary leadership. He is in for more shock!
