Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” a funded anti-Rwanda Vuvuzela is feigning concern over suspended talks between Tshisekedi regime and armed groups operating in Congo; but his paymaster’s posture is well known.

But even as criminal despot Museveni’s stooge pretends to care much about the peace of Congolese; his sponsor senile Museveni is a notorious warmonger and a stumbling block to the Great Lakes region’s stability. 

Leaked intelligence information pins criminal dictator Museveni on today’s failed peace talks in Nairobi. The cancer-stricken dictator Museveni tricked Tshisekedi to shun the talks with with M23 rebel group on grounds of being a “terrorist group”. This gives Museveni leeway to further terrorize the Congolese people and loots more minerals. 

For Museveni and his pawns like Gakwerere should know that President Kagame offered to help as facilitator not a party to the conflict. It’s in the above context that he will travel to Luanda for another round of talks on the invitation of the ICGL mediator President João Lourenço.
